About Phoenix Gymnastic Cambridgeshire Sprung Floor

The sprung floor has started to show it's age and has become less bouncy & is lumpy. The floor gymnasts perform on isn't like a regular floor. It is designed to assist the gymnast in tumbling to go as high as possible, and also to put less strain on their knees, ankles, and wrists when tumbling. Most competitive floors are spring floors which means they are a combination of spring and plywood and a rubber foam (fuzzy part) top to make the floor bouncy.
