The Polegate Scarecrows Community Fund was founded in November 2019 after the running of two successful Scarecrow Festivals! OUR VISIONS i: empower community spirit and getting together. ii: enable grants to be given and beneficiaries to be supported. iii: facilitate the chance for individuals to engage and support others.
