Project 31 is an innovative, Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) which seeks to enrich the experiences of children and their families by engaging them in high quality, appropriate play and recreational activities which promote their right to freely participate in cultural life and the arts and support the strengthening of community and family connections.
