About Raha International

Raha has been working for many years to provide better opportunities for children, young people and adults through education, health, community livelihood projects and other initiatives. The value of people is central to our philosophy. We believe that each person deserves the opportunity to achieve their potential and work towards a future in which basic needs and rights are standard. Our perspective is that the recipients of any form of giving we provide should eventually become independent of it. Raha is not affiliated to any faith and does not work from a religious perspective. It is a non-partisan, non-political and non-profit making organisation.
