About Red River Theatre Company

Red River Youth Theatre was formed in 2006 as part of the extended schools programme at Redmoor Academy in Hinckley. Our aim is to have fun with drama and to use it as a tool to explore issues of importance to both the young people and their local community. All our productions come from workshops where the issues are explored and often we aim to create follow up materials that will enable our audience to explore the issue in greater detail.
