About Reds in the Community

We use the power of football and the Barnsley FC brand to improve local peoples’ lives. Activities include: 1. Football/sports sessions and workshops to improve the health and wellbeing, increase sports participation and promote positive behaviours. 2. Targeted provision for marginalised groups, such as refugees and the disabled, to promote wellbeing and inclusion. 3. Accredited courses and volunteering opportunities for 16–19 years olds to provide pathways into education, employment and training.
