About Revolution Morris Dance Troupe

Based in Ainsdale, Southport, we are voluntary run group for children and adults aged from 2 years old. We teach the skills required to perform carnival Morris dancing which is not your traditional style of Morris dancing. This type involves performing routines, arms works similar to cheer leading and leg movements similar to Irish dancing. We are all volunteers and we rely on shelf funding to be able to undertake training and compete in competitions around the North West of England and Wales.
