About Fundraising For Fiji with Frontier - Ryan Collier

Hello, my name is Ryan Collier and in April 2010 I plan to travel to the islands of Fiji, alongside the fundraising company Frontier. I will be in Suva, on the main island, living with only basic necessities, but more importantly I will be offering my services as a teacher of English. I will be teaching Children in a local school on the island. I believe this will benefit the children tremendously as it will provide them with the foundations they need for a successful future. Giving them a chance to cope with the incoming growth of tourism to the island. It will also bring many underprivileged children out of poverty. After this, I will start a teaching course at university, after which I will return to the Leamington / Warwick area to teach locally. I have been fundraising since October 2008 and have raised almost £600. And by June this year, the main focus is to reach the £1000.
