About Operation Wallacea Mexico 2021 - Sam Steadman

For my dissertation, I will be working with Operation Wallacea researching the distribution and abundance of jaguars and their prey in the Calakmul Biosphere Reserve in the Mexican rainforest next summer. The region has the second largest populations of jaguars north of the Amazon, although this is under threat due to livestock farming nearby and the consequential human conflict. Any money raised through this will go a long way to helping me with this research!
