About Sexual Assault Victims Initiative -SAVI

SAVI is a voluntary organization set up to support children/young people who have been sexually assaulted. Its aim is to keep victims and their families strong and informed whilst awaiting and throughout the trial process before helping them link up with aftercare support services. SAVI currently receives no official funding and is establishing itself purely on the fundraising efforts of volunteers. Monies raised for SAVI will be used to provide a 24 hour helpline, a befriending service whilst awaiting and throughout the trial process and an information point for legal, medical and psychological aspects that may arise through this time for the young victims and their families. We at SAVI and those we hope to help thank you wholeheartedly for your support (check out our website at www.savi.co.nr ).
