About Saving Bor Dogs - Helen O’Driscoll

Bor kill shelter, Serbia is an horrific place where dogs are starved and abused and when their time is up they are killed by the pound manager. Svetlana Balbuena is a rescuer who saves these poor dogs and finds them homes. She saved over 100 last year . She needs funds to find them temporary accommodation and to keep them safe. Vaccinations are expensive also and she relies solely on donations.
