The South Bucks Hospice is a day hospice that offers free support and care to those who have progressive, life-threatening or terminal illness. We also support their families and carers. Our services range from day care, lymphoedema treatment, complimentary therapy, physiotherapy, family counselling, and support groups. Thank you for supporting us, every donation makes a difference!
