Scunthorpe Mens Shed is open to members of the community of Scunthorpe and surrounding villages. Anyone over the age of 18 can attend, including those who are retired, unemployed or those who have health problems.Whilst the name suggests it’s for men, it is open to women, the shed has 2 ladies attending at the moment.The shed provides a range of activities including woodturning, carpentry, days.The shed helps improve mental health and wellbeing, building social connections.
