An exercise company specialising in chair based exercise for seniors and clientele of restricted mobility. social fitness with a moron twist WSE has seated exercise classes situated in various locations around the Isle of Wight so its services can be broadly available. We offer open classes that are available to all, We also work closely with charity's and organisations, alongside a one to one service We also offer a tea and coffee
