Severnside Sub Aqua Club

Severnside Sub Aqua Club is a non-profit making dive club based in Bristol, which aims to bring this great sport to members of the community. We have regular try dives for scouts and other interested groups and new members are always welcome. A lot of fun is had by all but our paramount aim has always been and remains the safety and well-being of all participants. All training and recreational dives are undertaken by our team of well qualified divers, among which are three National Instructors, First Class Divers; Advanced Divers and Dive Leaders. We all help to minimise the running costs and to make our club a success by volunteering our expertise, time and services, whether as a member of the committee or mucking in to service the boats or paint the clubhouse. There are costs involved in running any club, and we try to meet some of these through fundraising events and membership fees. However, there are other costs like buying and maintaining proper kit for use by the community; rent for using a pool for try dives and training as well as the costs involved in ensuring that the clubhouse is a clean and safe environment.With your valuable support we can continue to provide this excellent resource for the local community and we thank you wholeheartedly.
