About Soroptimist International Southend and District

Southend and District of Soroptimist International work at local, national and international level to Educate, Empower & Enable women & girls which benefits the whole community. As members of SI all our administration costs are covered by club and individual subscription allowing everything raised to go to the projects we support, from Women's Refuge to training Midwives in areas of high mother and baby mortality. Soroptimist International also has a consultative position at the United Nations
