About Smart Works Leeds

We support unemployed women back into work by harnessing the power of clothes and confidence. Despite many clients been turned down from over 50 jobs, after a visit to Smart Works over half will succeed at their job interview. Our service is tangible, transformational and high impact. The core of our service is a two-hour volunteer-led appointment, each woman receives a complete outfit of high-quality clothes dedicated one-to-one interview training.
