About SOFT UK

SOFT UK provides information and support to families affected by Trisomy 13 (Patau's syndrome), Trisomy 18 (Edwards' syndrome) and related conditions. We do this at all stages of a family's journey; through diagnosis, decisions during pregnancy, during a child's life and following a bereavement. We also support professionals by working with the NHS on relevant projects and providing information and training.
