About Kenya - Sophie Wood

In rural Kenya the majority of people live below the poverty line and access to clean water, proper sanitation, health are and education are often very limited or non existent. The project work I will be involved in will depend on the needs of the community, this could be constructing water tanks, painting classrooms or low level construction work. I will also be able to contribute to wildlife and environment focused projects, this could be reforesting damaged areas or maintaining fencing.
