About Step Out Essex

Step out Essex is a social group for neurodivergent and socially anxious young adults who find social situations difficult but want to break the cycle. The group was set up to support others to make friends, boost confidence and feel socially included eliminating isolation/loneliness and depression.Funds raised will support the group members socially but also educationally, building self-esteem and confidence to enter employment or further education
