About Sunderland Samba FC

We are a community football club with the following aims. To bring different people together to learn and understand each other, give people the opportunity to play as part of a team especially to those who might not otherwise do so, and encourage reflection on life and spiritual issues through sharing experience and understanding. We run an 11-a-side team, youth holiday scheme, young volunteers programme, support for refugees and asylum seekers and our sister project in Kenya for young women.
