About Torridge Explorer Scouts

Torridge Explorer Scouts are based in Silver Street Bideford. Explorers are aged 14 to 18. We have over 20 active members and meet most term-time Fridays. We do typical Scout activities but most Explorers also participate in the Duke of Edinburgh scheme and Ten Tors with many doing both. The activities which include camping and other nights away are with the aim to help turn the teenagers into confident adults
