About The Blurt Foundation CIC

Our mission is to help those affected by depression. We aim to increase awareness & understanding of depression, & reduce the stigma associated with mental ill health. We provide information and resources about living, managing, & supporting others, with depression, & delivering the tools & knowledge that aid proactive recovery. We pride ourselves on being user-led, & on our ability to connect & speak to service users in a personable, approachable, way, using our own lived experiences.
