About The Grow Project - Brighton

The Grow Project promotes wellness & recovery from mental health issues using the healing power of nature. We provide opportunities to improve wellbeing, social & community connections, skills & resources in a safe supportive group setting which inspires hope & re-ignites passion for life. Working in partnership with the National Trust, we support people to connect with nature, each other & themselves through a variety of activities such as walking, shepherding, wild art & conservation work.
