9 weeks ago mum fell ill and went into hospital we didn't know what was wrong all we know was it was mum in the body but not in the mind we have had many long days and even longer nights with mum being in hospital with Psychosis and dementia mum has been moved to a few hospitals dew to no mental health staff and no training so I am going to run the Cardiff 10 k to raise money for the training and staff for the mental health team MIND
