About The VIP

The Violence Intervention Project (VIP) is a charity aiming to deliver, evaluate and develop therapeutic outreach for young people involved in Serious Youth Violence (SYV) and Gangs. At the core of our work is the belief that shame is a major catalyst for violence and the need for not only short term pieces of work, but long term relationships. The VIP aims to support young people practically, whilst creating safe spaces to be able to talk about the issues in their lives.
