Wintertide Festival takes place in and around the Hartlepool Headland, bringing the streets to life, illuminating and animating public spaces to engage, inspire and spark curiosity.Wintertide is managed by individuals and representatives from the local community. The Festival aims to develop and support high-quality arts engagement, highlighting and celebrating local history, heritage and talent while addressing local issues. Help us continue to deliver a wonderful 2023 event.
