About X-PERT Health

We aim to transform peoples lives through inspirational diabetes, insulin and weight and wellbeing structured education programmes. Our programmes are delivered through the NHS, Councils, Charities and Private Organisations. Results demonstrate that our programmes help people lose weight, improve their HbA1c, reduce medications and can place conditions such as prediabetes and type 2 diabetes into remission. We believe that education not medication can reduce NHS costs and make us all healthier.
