easyfundraising turns the everyday online shopping of people who support your good cause into free funds. When they use the easyfundraising website or app to shop with leading brands, the brand shares a percentage of what they have spent with your cause for free. 

Yes. We note their visit to the brand's website, then to say 'thank you' for your purchase the brand sends a percentage of what they have spent to your cause. However, they can make things easy for themselves, by simply installing our Donation Reminder, which automatically detects when they visit a brand's site, so they don't have to remember to visit our website beforehand.

There are over 7,000 brands available to shop with, including Amazon, eBay, Argos, John Lewis, Trainline, Booking.com, ASOS, H&M, M&S, Tesco, Nike, Waitrose, Viking, and TUI. It means that no matter what your supporters are buying online, from travel and holidays to fashion, homewares, insurance, and groceries - they can earn free donations for your cause.

Yes – you don’t need to be a charity to use easyfundraising.

To register your cause with easyfundraising you will need to know:

• The name you would like your cause to be known by on easyfundraising - try to make this unique so that your supporters know it's you 
• The postcode - to help supporters when they search for causes local to them
• A description - this should include who you are and what you are raising for
• Payment details – easyfundraising can pay your donations by cheque or straight into your cause's bank account so have your details ready 

There are also optional fields for: 

• A logo - making your cause unique and giving you an identity
• Charity number - if you have one 

You can come back to these optional fields later if you don't have the information to hand when you sign up.

To get your fundraising off to the best possible start we offer a 1-2-1 session with one of our friendly fundraising coaches. It won't take long, and they will show you the best way to make easyfundraising work for your cause with tailored tips, tools, and a guided tour of the platform.

Providing you have raised over £15, easyfundraising total up all the donations raised by everyone supporting your cause every three months and send them to you by bank transfer or cheque. There is no charge for this. If your cause hasn’t raised over £15 in the previous three months, the amount simply rolls into the next payment instead.
