Inclusivity has always been at the heart of easyfundraising’s eligibility criteria in terms of who can register on the platform. Whether your good cause is registered with a formal body, a volunteer group or even an individual looking to raise money for something you care about, we’re proud to support individuals and groups who are looking to make a positive change and do good in the world. Our causes range from national charities to sports teams, PTAs, and Scout groups, and lots in between. You do not need to be registered charity to raise with us.

Providing you have raised over £15, easyfundraising total up all the donations raised by everyone supporting your good cause or charity every three months and send them to you by bank transfer or cheque. There is no charge for this. If your good cause or charity hasn’t raised over £15 in the previous three months, the amount simply rolls into the next payment instead.
Yes. easyfundraising is totally free to use for both causes and their supporters. You collect free cashback for your cause each time you shop with our participating retailers - no extra cost to you. They will pay a percentage of what you spend back to us, and we turn that into a donation for the cause you care about.
It will take a matter of minutes to complete registration and you can start fundraising immediately. There is a validation process for all causes that register, so we will be in touch if we need more information, within 48 hours typically. You can also delete your registration at any time.
Once you sign up your cause, you will be able to start raising as your cause's first supporter.
When you check out, the retailer will donate a percentage of the final bill to your cause, as a “thank you” for spending with them via easyfundraising
You can also access a suite of tools to promote it to your cause community, friends and family.
These tools include pre-written social media templates, emails and whatsapp messages for you to use to spread the word about how they can support your cause at no extra cost to them.
Once your community have signed up to support your cause, they’ll be able to shop online with their favourite brands using easyfundraising, too. The more supporters, the more you raise.
We have a team of fundraising specialists who are available to support you 9-5 Monday-Friday. We also provide a range of ready-made guides and resources which are available to you once registered. If you agree to receive our emails, you will get regular updates about how your cause is doing, and advice on how to do even better. Plus, there are a selection of retailer offers you can take advantage of and share with your supporters too. We can support you as much or as little as you need.

The quickest way to check is to visit https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/support-a-good-cause/ and search for the cause. If no cause with that name is returned, you will be prompted to register them. If it is already registered, sign up to support them.
During validation, our team will spot any potentially duplicate causes with similar names and will merge them together if necessary.
Anyone connected to a cause can register it with us - however you will need to know all of the contact information for the cause along with bank details so that your funds can be paid out. All causes must have a bank account in the cause's name unless you are an individual challenger or student. This will be clarified during validation.
If the cause you are looking to register is already signed up but you want to take over the ownership (admin status as we would call it), then you will need to contact support@easyfundraising.org.uk to explain why you want to take it over and where possible, present evidence of your connection to the cause.
