How do you raise money the easyfundraising way?

Raising money for charity with easyfundraising is super simple. We help you donate to your favourite causes as you go about your usual shopping. It works like this:

  1. Once you sign up to easyfundraising, you’ll need to pick a cause that means something to you. We have over 190,000 to choose from.
  2. Head to Decathlon through our site or the easyfundraising app and stock up on your favourite sports kit.
  3. A portion of what you spend will be donated to your chosen charity at no extra cost to you.
  4. You can also download our app or browser extension. And our Donation Reminder also alerts you when you visit an online retailer that’s already partnered with us.

In a world where sport has the potential to give so much, Decathlon has a clear mission. To provide innovative, enticing and high-performance products at prices that are accessible to everyone. The retailer firmly believes that sport should be for all. The family-owned business was founded in 1976 with this ethos and it still holds the same values today.

Whether you’re looking for a new tent for your next camping trip, some running trainers to hit your next PB, a backpack to see the world, or a mountain bike to take on tough terrain, you’ll find it all and much more at Decathlon.

And if you need spare parts to fix your kayak, bike, tent or stand up paddleboard, well you’ll find those at Decathlon too.

The design ethos behind Decathlon is all about innovation. And the business is fully committed to an eco-conscious future, continuing to give millions of plastic bottles a second life. By stopping them from polluting our oceans and environment and using them in their clothing and equipment, Decathlon ensures you can exercise in style and help the planet.

Plus, when you shop with Decathlon and easyfundraising you can give money to charity too.

Frequently asked questions

Can you give to more than one cause with easyfundraising?

With easyfundraising, you can only give to one cause at a time. You need to select your chosen charity before you shop with one of our partner retailers, but you can change your cause as many times as you want. So, you could buy a new backpack for your adventures from Decathlon and give money to one cause, before buying your travel insurance with Comparethemarket and giving money to a second charity.

Who pays for the charitable donation?

Each donation is given to your chosen cause as a portion of what you spend with the retailer. This can either be a flat free or a percentage of your spend. Either way, it is organised by the retailer and easyfundraising and doesn’t cost you anything extra.
