At Eden Mill, we embrace the best of old and new. Our home is historic and our processes are rooted in tradition. Inspired by the pioneering spirit of the Haig family and many other greats who have carved their names on the town's illustrious history, Eden Mill started with a mission to revive the lost art of distilling in St. Andrews in 2012. As Scotland’s first single-site brewery and distillery, our pioneering spirit and innovative approach consistently push boundaries within the spirits industry. With our goal of being Scotland’s first carbon-neutral distillery by the end of 2022, our sustainable future and focus on responsible decisions are at the forefront of everything we do.
