1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the Stamp Card Reward Programme ("Programme") offered by easyfundraising ("We", "Us", "Our") to eligible individuals ("You", "Participant") in the United Kingdom.
1.2 By participating in the Programme, You agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Programme is invite-only and open to individuals who received an invitation from easyfundraising and are registered users with easyfundraising prior to 3 April 2023.
3. Programme Details
3.1 Participants can earn a Digital Stamp for an Order placed at participating retailer websites via the easyfundraising platform between 09:00 BST, Monday, April 3, 2023, and 23:59 GMT, Sunday, December 31, 2023.
3.2 An eligible Order must generate a donation of at least 1p in value.
3.3 In the event that an Order generates a donation of 0p in value and then later updates to 1p in value or more, a Digital Stamp will be issued upon the donation being updated.
3.4 Participants will receive a maximum of one Digital Stamp per Order.
3.5 Participants can receive a total of no more than 45 Digital Stamps.
3.6 Participants can exchange 9 Digital Stamps to redeem a Reward.
3.7 Participants redeem 1 of 2 Rewards in exchange for 5 Digital Stamps:
3.7.1 A donation to the cause the Participant supports on easyfundraising at the time of the exchange
3.7.2 A voucher for a hot drink at Caffe Nero
3.8 Participants can exchange no more than 45 Digital Stamps in total.
3.9 Participants can receive no more than 9 Rewards.
4. Choosing your reward & Redemption
4.1 Participants must choose their Rewards by 23:59 GMT, Sunday, December 31, 2023.
4.2 Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
4.3 When you meet the qualifying criteria, and if you choose the Caffe Nero Gift Card you will receive a ‘How to claim’ email. Please check your junk mail folder for this
4.4 You must Claim your Caffe Nero Gift Card within 30 days from the date on the email, otherwise you will lose your right to the Caffe Nero Gift Card.
4.5 Caffe Nero Gift Card Terms and Conditions apply. These can be found at https://caffenero.cashstar.com/store/about/terms_and_conditions/?locale=en-gb . These include expiry dates. You must comply with all such terms and conditions when redeeming your Caffe Nero Gift Card.
4.6 The promoter of this offer is Easyfundraising. The offer is being administered by The Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited (MLP), The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire WA4 4PG.
4.7 easyfundraising and MLP are not responsible for any issues relating to your redemption of the Caffe Nero Gift Card or the goods you receive in conjunction with the Caffe Nero Gift Card.
4.8 When you meet the qualifying criteria, and if you choose the donation to your cause, you will receive an email confirming this and the value will immediately be added to your donations within your account on easyfundraising
4.9 Any reward donations will be paid to your cause in the next available cause payment run, as long as the cause has raised the minimum value of £15
5. Programme Termination
5.1 The Programme is a limited-time event and may be terminated by Us at any time, without prior notice.
5.2 In the event of termination, Participants will have a specified period to redeem their rewards.
6. Modification
6.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice.
6.2 Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the easyfundraising website.
7. Privacy
7.1 We will collect and use Participants' personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2 By participating in the Programme, Participants agree to Our collection and use of their personal information.
8. Liability
8.1 We will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the Programme.
8.2 Our liability for any loss or damage suffered by You as a result of the Programme is limited to the value of the Rewards available to You.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Programme will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
