The following rules apply to your participation in The Daily Gift Hunt. By entering the competition, you agree to the following rules:
1. To enter, first solve the daily clue. The answer to each clue will reveal the hiding location of the hidden gift. You must then visit the Trending Offers page or the answer's easyfundraising page to find the gift. Click the gift to enter your cause into the daily prize draw to win either a £100 or £200 donation. Every day you click the gift, you'll get an automatic entry into the grand prize draw to win 1 of 5 £500 donations, thanks to our sponsor Who Gives a Crap.
2. Earn a maximum of one extra entry into the daily prize draw by:
2a. Visiting the retailer sponsoring that day's website via the onsite pop-up.
3. Earn a maximum of three extra entries into the grand prize draw by:
3a. 1 entry can be earned each day when you visit Who Gives a Crap's website via the entry confirmation email.
2b. 1 entry can be earned each day when you shop with Who Gives a Crap via the entry confirmation email.
2c. 1 entry can be earned each day for sharing social messages on Facebook, Twitter, or WhatsApp when you click the share buttons in The Daily Gift Hunt entry confirmation email.
4. You must be signed up to easyfundraising and be logged in to earn an entry.
5. Promotion period runs from 00:00 11th November to 23:59 24th November 2024. All entries must be received within this time.
6. Prize: There will be 1 randomly selected supporter each day who will win a £100 donation or £200 donation for their cause. Plus, for the grand prize draw, 5 randomly selected supporters will win a £500 donation for their cause.
6a. £100 donation days: 12th, 13th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 19th, 20th, 22nd, 23rd
6b. £200 donation days: 11th, 14th, 18th, 21st, 24th
6c. Grand prize draw: £500 x 5
7. Winners will receive an email if they’ve won the competition. The winning supporter will be notified by email up to 7 days after the Competition has ended.
8. Entry restrictions: The Competition is only open to UK residents aged 16 or over. Employees of the Promoter, or their agents, families and suppliers, or anyone connected with this offer are not eligible to participate.
9. The prize is exactly as described. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The Promoter will not be responsible for the non-receipt of any entry and cannot be held liable for system failures on the website or for any failure by third parties to fulfil their obligations or for any acts or omissions outside the control of the Promoter although the Promoter will endeavour to minimise the effect of any such failure. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason at its absolute discretion.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions at any time or to withdraw the Competition altogether for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final in connection with all matters arising from this Competition and no correspondence will be entered. The Promoter accepts no responsibility, liability or any consequences whatsoever for participating in this Competition or the prize offered in relation to the Competition. This Competition is governed by the laws of England and in the event of any dispute the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to seek and issue publicity on behalf of the winner. By entering the Competition, the winner and runners-up agree to participate in publicity as reasonably requested surrounding the Competition.
13. Note in relation to Facebook and Twitter: This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter. Participants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Twitter.
