The following rules apply to your participation in the Egg Hunt. By entering the Competition, you agree to the following rules:
1. To enter: Solve the daily clue, find the egg on the easyfundraising website or app, and click the egg to win either a £100 or £200 donation for your cause. Every time you find and click the egg, you get an automatic entry into Easter Sunday's grand prize draw to win one of ten £500 donations, thanks to our sponsor Who Gives a Crap.
2. Promotion period: 00:00 7th April 2025 to 23:59 20th April 2025. All entries must be received within this time.
3. Earn a maximum of one extra entry into the daily prize draw by:
3a. 1 entry can be earned each day when you visit the retailer that's sponsoring that day's website via the website or app entry confirmation pop up.
4. Earn a maximum of three extra entries into Easter Sunday's grand prize draw by:
4a. 1 entry can be earned each day when you visit Who Gives a Crap's website via the Egg Hunt entry confirmation email.
4b. 1 entry can be earned each day when you shop with Who Gives a Crap via the Egg Hunt entry confirmation email.
4c. 1 entry can be earned each day for sharing social messages on Facebook, Twitter, or WhatsApp when you click the share buttons in the Egg Hunt entry confirmation email.
5. You must be signed up to easyfundraising and be logged in to earn an entry. Entries per supporter are limited to the first click through a relevant link.
6. Prize: There will be one randomly selected supporter each day who will win a £100 donation or £200 donation for their cause. Ten randomly selected supporters will win the grand prize draw for their cause.
6a. £100 donation days: 7th, 9th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 16th, 18th, 19th
6b. £200 donation days: 8th, 10th, 15th, 17th, 20th
6c. Grand prize draw: 10 x £500 donations
7. Entry restrictions: The Competition is only open to UK residents aged 16 or over. Employees of the Promoter, or their agents, families and suppliers, or anyone connected with this offer are not eligible to participate.
8. Daily prize draw winners will receive an email the day after they've played confirming they have won the daily prize of a £100 or £200 donation. The ten grand prize draw winners will be notified by email up to 7 days after the competition has ended confirming they have won a £500 donation.
9. The prize is exactly as described. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The Promoter will not be responsible for the non-receipt of any entry and cannot be held liable for system failures on the website or for any failure by third parties to fulfil their obligations or for any acts or omissions outside the control of the Promoter although the Promoter will endeavour to minimise the effect of any such failure. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason at its absolute discretion.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions at any time or to withdraw the Competition altogether for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final in connection with all matters arising from this Competition and no correspondence will be entered. The Promoter accepts no responsibility, liability or any consequences whatsoever for participating in this Competition or the prize offered in relation to the Competition. This Competition is governed by the laws of England and in the event of any dispute the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to seek and issue publicity on behalf of the winner. By entering the Competition, the winner and runners-up agree to participate in publicity as reasonably requested surrounding the Competition.
13. Note in relation to Facebook and Twitter: This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter. Participants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Twitter.
