For causes
If you’re signing up a new cause
Inclusivity has always been at the heart of easyfundraising’s eligibility criteria, and we welcome broad range of good causes to the platform. Whether a good cause is registered with a formal body, an informal volunteer-based group, or an individual fundraiser, we’re proud to support individuals and groups who are looking to make a positive change and do good in the world.
Good causes must be based in the UK with a UK bank account.
There are no recurring monthly charges for good causes, no set up fees, and no drawdown fees to withdraw any funds – the entire platform is free.
For supporters
If you’re signing up to support an existing cause
Anyone can sign up to use easyfundraising and support a cause they care about.
We’ll ask you to choose a cause to support as part of your registration.
You can always change the cause you want to support from within your account.
There are no recurring monthly charges for supporters, no set up fees – the entire platform is free.
We use the information you provide as part of the online registration process and verify this against publicly available data sources. We may ask you for further information about your cause if we are unable to complete our checks based on the information initially provided. Further checks may be carried out prior to distributing donations.
We will need bank account details to pay out donations, but these can be provided during or after the online registration process. If your good cause is a charitable organisation registered with a formal body (for example, Charity Commission, HMRC, Office of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies, etc), the bank account details you provide must be linked to the charitable organisation. All bank accounts must be based in the UK.
Individuals taking on a personal challenge, fundraising for medical care or to support their further education can sign up to the platform. We reserve the right to request additional information to help validate that the aim of your good cause meets our terms and conditions.
